Change of mind
Due to the nature of our products (custom vinyl stickers), we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. Please choose carefully and reach out to us if you have any questions before purchasing.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing fault, we’ll make it right. Here’s what we do:
Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.
Once approved, we’ll offer a replacement or refund.
Lost or Missing Orders
If your package doesn’t arrive within the estimated delivery time, please reach out to us. While we are not responsible for postage delays, we’ll work with you and our courier to resolve the issue.
Processing Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.
Refunds may take 3-5 business days to appear depending on your bank.
